Flew a "Great American" at work.

Aileron hinges took more time than you would think!

Celcoed the ribs in place to drill the bolt holes...I know it is starting to look like a wing, but after the drilling, they are coming back off for more prep.

I dimpled the lower flange of each rib with my awesome C frame dimpler.  Fun and easy work!  After dimpling, I primed the outer rib flanges.  I am electing to not prime everything, toward the goal of a light weight airframe.  Priming only the places where parts meet, as suggested by my RV8 colleague and Gulfstream captain, JT McCracken.

Laying out the ribs.  Removing the edge plastic for dimpling and priming.  Fluting is already complete.
