Celcoed the ribs in place to drill the bolt holes...I know it is starting to look like a wing, but after the drilling, they are coming back off for more prep.

I dimpled the lower flange of each rib with my awesome C frame dimpler.  Fun and easy work!  After dimpling, I primed the outer rib flanges.  I am electing to not prime everything, toward the goal of a light weight airframe.  Priming only the places where parts meet, as suggested by my RV8 colleague and Gulfstream captain, JT McCracken.

Countersinking !


Finished all the countersinking on the Left spar today .  Project guard insisted on parking in the shop!
